    This dress by Ted Baker has been so comfortable and one of my favorites to wear in my pregnancy. The ease of the zip make it fit just right while the cotton material makes it breathable in the warm weather we’ve been experiencing in Los Angeles.

    It’s festival season and I am channeling my inner bohemian princess in Malibu. I am wearing a mint cotton dress with my hair jeweled by a gold & turquoise headchain from India. The delicate crochet lace provides a romantic touch as I saunter about the fields into the sunset.

  • Silk Organza

    Craving to accessorize with black again, I chose to wear my classic Chanel bag while strolling through the neighborhood in my coordinating gold sole pumps. Spring has to be my favorite season, as it’s the time to wear nothing but skirts and dresses! I decided to wear a fun, floral midi skirt from Asos. With a structure synonymous with the full bloom of spring, the silk organza skirt provided the utmost feminine flair on such a beautiful day.

  • Bold Skirt

    My husband and I were on our way to Rodeo Drive and stumbled upon this home fit for Hansel & Gretel! It turns out it’s a popular tourist spot known as The Witch’s House in Beverly Hills. I guess the locals are always the last to know about the quirky things in their neighborhood.

    For this look, I wore a simple outfit with a bold skirt. The maxi skirt’s vibrant and unique pattern balanced well with a black crop top and accessories.

  • Malibu Safari

    We went on a private wine safari in Malibu where we interacted with alpacas, llamas, zebras & horses. They were such a blast to feed, and they constantly made us giggle. I decided to wear a floral maxi dress to blend in with the natural beauty of the hills and canyons in Malibu. I cannot wait to return to this wonderful experience.

    Today’s look is all about embracing California’s early Spring. A floral chiffon maxi skirt paired with a white crop top was the perfect attire for a stroll through the gardens. I chose to accessorize with a neon yellow-green Versace purse for a pop of color in my otherwise blanc et noir outfit.

    Several months ago, we hosted a white party at our place for my sister in law’s birthday. I chose to wear a white lace dress with a chiffon overlay, while accessorizing my hair with a gold head chain. The backyard dressed with a hint of Moroccan vibes set the tone for a celebration to remember.

  • Wat Arun

    We had the pleasure of visiting the stunning Wat Arun, or Temple of Dawn, in Bangkok. We began our journey by riding canoes similar to a gondola, and rode through Thailand’s own canals. One of the unique highlights of this experience was being approached by several floating market people who hoped to sell trinkets from their own boats. But as we arrived at Wat Arun, we were left in awe.

    This Buddhist temple will leave you with a sense of tranquility as you step into the Holy area. Surrounded by well maintained and lush gardens, the ornate and intricate detail is evident on each of the towers. Each tower is adorned with bells, porcelain flowers, mosaic art, and other oriental designs. Thailand has done a fantastic job preserving its extraordinary beauty.

  • Palace Wedding

    Two years ago today, I married the most incredible man alive. He continues to make me laugh, be supportive, and join in on my weirdness. A wedding is something most girls dream of, and when the time comes to make that love official in front of close family and friends, it is truly magical. I wanted to feel like a princess, and since The Palace in San Francisco used to be an actual historical palace, I knew it was where I wanted to marry my Prince.

    I cannot thank my parents enough for providing me with the dream wedding that I had wished for. It felt like the beginning of a fairytale, which continues on to this day. But, like every wedding, there were things that did not pan out as flawlessly as one would have liked.

    5 tips I would give a bride about her wedding day:

    1. Be 100% sure you love your photographer. Had I done more research, we may have been happier with most of our wedding photographs.
    2. Slow down, breathe, and just take everything in. Everything goes by in a blur. Enjoy these moments!
    3. Just accept the fact that your family will go temporarily insane. With emotions and stress running high, people will not be themselves. This is more evident on the bride’s side since they feel they are apparently “losing a daughter.” Just take solace in knowing that everything will eventually resume back to normal
    4. Things will go wrong. Just laugh it off. No matter how much you plan every little detail, there will always be something that goes wrong or doesn’t happen the way you want. In my case, I had a rare 104° fever/flu the day before the wedding. I literally could not get out of bed or breathe properly. Thank goodness I was feeling a bit better on the actual wedding day, but this made me feel like I didn’t look my best.My wedding outfits were also supposed to arrive a month before the wedding functions. They arrived the day before my first wedding function (Indian weddings have multiple wedding related festivities). It was too late and I was unable to wear my San Francisco reception outfit because the design was a complete mess.Then there were the little things that didn’t go the way I planned. But does it matter now? No. Because those things seem insignificant now, and my husband and I actually giggle about it.
    5. Remember that the wedding may be the best day of your life at that point, but every day of marriage after that is much, much better. While I had a blast planning my wedding, I have even more fun now decorating our home, planning our vacations and other future journeys than I ever did! If you remember to cherish a marriage more than a wedding, you will be just fine.

    My wedding day felt like a fairytale because I was simply happy sharing my love with my wonderful husband who I continue to fall in love with more and more each day. Everyday truly feels like a celebration.

  • Paresa Resort

    Paresa translates to “heaven of heavens,” which is such a fitting name for what truly felt like heaven during our 3 day stay at this wonderful retreat. The resort cascades down a cliff and blends seemlessly into nature. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were greeted with a glass of fresh lemongrass tea. Our villa came equipped with its own cabana and private infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. We dined daily at their renowned restaurant, Diavolo, which never failed to delighted our palates.

    This has been the most memorable place my husband and I have ever stayed, and would recommend this place in a heartbeat. With the cliff-side azure ocean and the lush green jungle as a backdrop, it’s no wonder many people choose to propose and have wedding ceremonies here.
